HDR Remodeling is an Emeryville, CA , award-winning Design-Build residential remodeling contractor with 37 years of experience.

We focus on high-end, luxurious residential remodels including bathrooms, kitchens, whole house, Additions, and ADUs. Our service area is localized from Oakland / Piedmont to El Cerrito (very little travel).

We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter with some plumbing and electrical skills. There is the opportunity for advancement to Project Manager based on proven skills.

You must be able to work independently with minimum direct supervision AND as part of a team.

Skills

• Superior knowledge of construction mentods and techniques
• Must be able to read drawings
• Ability to interact / communicate well with your crew, subcontractors and the client

Minimum 10 years residential remodeling carpenter experience

Minimum 5 years Lead Carpenter experience

• Experience with constuction software such as BuilderTrend a plus
• Knowledge of construction materials and ability to place material orders from vendor

Truck (with rack) Current auto insurance and registration Clean DMV (no more than one point) No DUIs No Felony convictions

Legally able to work in the United States
