HCSS Employer, Inc. is Hiring a Director, Enterprise Applications Near Sugar, TX

We’re HCSS. Based in Sugar Land, TX we are an industry-leading software solutions provider for the construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Director for our Salesforce Application team who will lead a team of highly technical Salesforce resources (BA, Admin, QA, and Developers).
This position will be responsible for large-scale Salesforce, and platform-related projects,
enhancements, and support. The individual will, through their experience and expertise, evaluate
business requirements in the early stages of the project to determine workflows, integration
technologies, system architectures, and configurations. We are looking for a combination of a
business-minded and highly analytical individual.
WHO WE NEED:
We’re currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Applications with 8-10 years of Salesforce
platform management experience. Experience with Accounting, Commissioning platforms, and
Billing & Collections platforms are also preferred. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like
you:
  • Have 8-10 years of Salesforce experience, 5 years of Management experience
  • Have earned your Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience in supporting business operations from Lead generation to Cash
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ and experience with NetSuite
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Expertise with integrations between Salesforce & external applications using Mulesoft or similar platforms.
  • Confident with systems strategies, roadmaps, developing system requirements, and process flows, sprint roadmaps, user stories, testing and training
  • Expertise in managing business relationships, leading solution sessions, and driving complex issues to resolution.
  • Experience with enterprise applications around the salesforce ecosystem: Gong, Spiff, Avalara, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, Bill.com, Pardot, Marketo, and similar platforms
  • Confident in being accountable for ensuring ongoing user adoption, support, architectural design, and custom development activities as well as responsibilities for enhancements, release updates, and reporting for multiple departments.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner closely with multi-functional teams on various company initiatives that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Define roadmap and create an operational plan to build a best-in-class Salesforce environment from lead to cash
  • Balance stakeholder (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, etc) requests with a need for a simple solution that can provide clear and understandable reporting to the organization
  • Oversee day-to-day operations such as changes to the Salesforce Platform and user requests.
  • Collaborate with business users and analysts to define projects and set feature backlog priorities and scope
  • Interface and partner with our Executive Leadership Team
  • Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into manageable projects for the Business Application team and guide on a path forward and timeline
  • Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for addressing cross-functional process improvement, tech debt management, data governance, and security
  • Design and implement integration services across business applications
  • Lead our team through software implementations and vendor engagements
  • Lead and mentor staff. Encourage employee development and drive increased productivity.
  • Ability to guide the team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
