Full time position

Looking for a strong Onsite L3 Candidate who is flexible and has strong VDI support (Citrix DaaS, Citrix On-Prem, Azure, AWS) background. Candidate will be required to work near to customer and maintaining good relationships with customer is a needed attribute.

· Citrix Cloud on Azure and AWS hosting Environment.

· MS Azure Administration Knowledge

· Management & Administration of

a. Citrix DaaS (Cloud)

b. On-Prem XenDesktop VDI Environment.

c. Creating V-Disks from PvS servers/ Citrix App Layer

· NetScaler/Citrix ADC Administration

i) Managing NetScaler MPX and GSLB

ii) ​Load Balancing

iii) ​NS/Firmware upgrade exposure

iv) ​HA configuration

v) ​NS upgrade in HA (High Availability)

vi) ​NS home page change/update

vii) ​Sending notification on NS page

viii) ​Certificate update

ix) ​NS vulnerability fix

x) Knowledge/working experience on LACP

· Monitoring Tools exposure (eG Innovation, Splunk, New Relic etc.)

· PowerShell Knowledge

· Candidate must be willing to work in 24X7 environment.

· Flexible to support critical issues for Severity Incidents in Off Peak Hours/Weekend

· Weekend support for planned Infrastructure Changes

· Strong Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management)

· Strong documentation knowledge for SOP/Runbook creation as well as Change Preparation documentation

· Willingness to work in high pressure environment.

· Must have collaboration exposure with Offshore support team and performed same roles in previous experiences

· Strong Communication skills with customer relationship experience

· Candidate will need to work with Offshore team based out of India to support customer VDI Infrastructure
