Responsibilities:

  • Installation Expertise: Execute precise and efficient installation of household appliances, such as dishwashers, microwaves, sinks, wall ovens, etc.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain a variety of installation equipment and tools to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers and other team members to coordinate installation activities and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed installations, rectifying any defects or issues to uphold Heaton Construction Inc.'s commitment to excellence.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed installations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Installation Technician.
  • Skilled in operating a variety of tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater consistently.
  • Provide a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be 21 or older.
