We’re seeking a skilled technician to add to our amazing installation team!
As one of the faces of our company, you will be responsible for installing our custom window treatments, repairing window treatments in the field, all while providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:

• Install blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments
• Perform window treatment repairs
• Communicate well with customers, while providing exceptional service
• Maintain proper installation paperwork and our digital ticketing system
• Clean job site premises of any installation debris, dust, etc. prior to leaving
• Use of computer programs and applications (Zen Desk ticketing system, email, calendars, etc.)

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• Prior general workmanship skills from any industry. Past window treatment industry experience is a huge plus!
• Self-directed and able to work independently, and work as a valuable team player
• Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people. Customer Service focused.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients
• Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry
• Punctual and dependable
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb up and down ladders up to 20 ft.
• Ability to set up and use scaffolding
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Clean driving record, must be insurable
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation/Benefits:

• $19-$23 per hour depending on experience
