Qualified Candidates:
Board certified in orthopaedic surgery
Total Joint or Adult Reconstructive fellowship a plus
Minimum of 4 years clinical experience post residency/fellowship
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an associate program director of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery program or 3 years of leadership positions at an academic medical center or healthcare facility
Must have excellent communication skills - bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Desire to develop an orthopaedic surgery residency program
50% administration/50% patient care
Program will eventually have 10 residents (adding 2 per year)
