We are looking for a motivated, subluxation-based Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is passionate about health and helping others achieve their health goals, willing and motivated to learn new things, and is a clear communicator who believes the body was designed to heal and the best way to achieve health is through chiropractic adjustments. We have an amazing team, and we are looking for a likeminded Chiropractor to join us! Our office ONLY instrument adjusts, with no manual adjusting in our practice, and the incoming DC must be comfortable with that type of care.

Duties:

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays and scans
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- instrument adjustments- TRT, activator, Websters, pediatric cranial adjusting , rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Assist the team with increasing our patient base ( External lectures, workshops, events and screenings- Occasionally assist with online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Website, etc.)
• Lead team meetings and trainings when necessary

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in NV
• Torque Release Technique certified and/or Activator Advanced Proficient rated, Webster Certified, Pediatric trained through the ICPA (or willing to become certified)
• Must be comfortable utilizing instrument adjusting only

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday - Thursday
• 1 Sat per month

Salary (range):

• $75K-$100K
