Job Summary and Qualifications

Advance a patient safety program that promotes a culture of safety and the elimination of avoidable harm.

What qualifications you will need:

• A bachelor's Degree in Healthcare field required

• Master's Degree preferred

• Clinical background required

• 3-5 years healthcare experience in Patient Safety, Risk, and/or Quality preferred

• Certification in Patient Safety (CPPS) required or agreement to obtain within 12 months from date of hire
