Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our team for our South office on Wednesdays. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment

- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images

- Adjust and control X-ray equipment settings to optimize image quality

- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine imaging needs

- Assist with the maintenance and calibration of equipment

Requirements:

- Valid certification as an X-ray Technician

- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and related technology

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
