Job Summary:

Looking to add an Interventional Pain & Spine PM&R Physician to well estabilshed group in Nashville, TN. 
Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required
• ACGME Pain Medicine or NASS Interventional Spine fellowship required
• Interest in developing new PM&R GME program beginning in July 2024
• Willing to provide inpatient rehabilitation coverage in hospital floor adjacent to office whenever necessary 
• Awareness of CMS rehab regulations, CARF, and Joint Commission standards

About Premier Rehab Physicians and TriStar Skyline Medical Center:

• Private practice with Premier Rehab Physicians. Includes employment contract and home base at HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Skyline Medical Center Rehab Center and Centennial Medical Center
• TriStar Skyline Medical Center's inpatient rehab facilities are newly renovated with excellent support staffing. Skyline Rehab has 47 licensed beds. 
• Skyline outpatient clinic includes established interventional spine and pain management practice. Currently under expansion to include residency focused PM&R clinic.
• Position will be primarily interventional spine driven with potential to assume outpatient medical directorship position.
