Job Summary:

HCA East Florida and Forward Pathology Solutions (FPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of HCA, are recruiting for a Medical Director for HCA Florida JFK North Hospital. All FPS pathologists have access to the sub-specialty expertise of over 200 pathologists in its network.
HCA Florida JFK North Hospital is a 280-bed acute-care facility that has been serving the healthcare needs of Palm Beach County for more than 45 years. JFK North Hospital is located in West Pam Beach in Southeast Florida.
The ideal candidate must be proficient and have recent experience in General Surgical Pathology, Hematopathology and have recent experience with cytology, performing frozen sections, participating in tumor board presentations and assessing fine needle aspirations.

Qualified Candidates:

• AP/CP Board Certification required
• Hematopathology Fellowship training and Board Certification preferred
• 2 years hospital-based Medical Director Experience preferred
• Florida licensed or FCVS in place preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
