HCA Asset Management ("HCA”) is a consulting and appraisal firm offering inventory and appraisal services to corporate, university and governmental clients throughout the United States. HCA is seeking an entry-level team member to support our growing client base who will be trained in and become proficient in equipment inventories, cost segregation and space utilization studies. 

As a Consultant with HCA, a typical day might include:

• Touring universities, colleges and hospitals to collect data and location on equipment
• Interfacing with clients via meeting or telephone to discuss project scope and findings
• Data analysis in preparation for client consulting
• Work with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges
• Learn basic principles of commercial building construction

Requirements

As a new team member with HCA, you will need to:

• Be 100% committed to delivering the best experience to HCA Clients
• Think on your feet and thrive on learning new skills
• Enjoy solving problems and committed to improving internal and external processes
• Effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Be detail oriented and extremely organized
• Travel overnight to client locations across the country 70-80% of the time 
• Be proficient in MS Word and Excel (Access also helpful)
• Have earned an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, especially in finance, accounting, or business
• Have a valid driver’s license and transportation
• While this position is fully remote, you must live within an hour of St. Louis, MO. 
• BONUS: GASB-34 Experience
