Job description

QRyde by HBSS Connect Corp is hiring for a NETWORK ENGINEER.

Must be willing to work in Lowell, MA office.

Job Description:

- Be available to support and resolve emergency IT situations when they arise.

- Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.

- Reduce operational bottlenecks with regards to IT Administration through automation and advancements in technology.

- Regularly review and identify new technologies that will help improve current infrastructure and allow the company to perform at a higher level overall.

- Leading security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes following the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Job Requirements:

- A must have skill set:

o Creation and management of domain controller, active directory and group policies.

o Management of Firewall and managed network switches.

o SAN – EMC VNXe 1600 o Maintain and upkeep all Windows Service packs, updates and hotfixes using patch management methods like WSUS.

o Patch updates on Linux machines like Ubuntu and CentOS

- Professional certification is a plus.

- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Strong documentation skills as it relates to Network topology, system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.

- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹7.00 - ₹8.00 per year

Experience:

Network administration: 6 years (Preferred)
