Job Overview:
The technician/application engineer is responsible for maintaining and deploying tablets and mobile applications, and performing multiple diagnostic tests before releasing the applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain physical inventory of tablets and mobile devices
· Create and maintain reports related to tablets and mobile devices
· Assist with support, deployment and training of mobile apps
· Trouble shoot device, connectivity and application issues
· Deploy, remove and update applications on tablets and mobile devices
· Create, integrate and test workflows
· Create documentation on mobile device related procedures and workflows
· Travel to locations to deploy, collect and support tablets and mobile devices
· Establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients, distributors, vendors and trade contracts
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year industry/field experience in the android tablet/mobile app/computer space.
· Strong understanding of mobile/tablet app business models, platforms, and app stores.
· Willing to travel and work onsite in Lowell, MA office.
· Tech-savvy, proficient in using tablets and computer systems
Education Qualification: Diploma - IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable.
