Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves enrolling patients into our remote patient monitoring program at various clinics throughout Michigan. You will be responsible for demonstrating how to take vital measurements using devices like blood pressure monitors and SPO2 sensors, educating patients on the program's benefits, and ensuring their comfortable and informed participation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Travel to different clinics as per the provided roster to enroll patients into the remote patient monitoring program.

· Conduct demonstrations on how to use health monitoring devices, ensuring patients are comfortable and confident in taking their vitals.

· Educate patients on the program details, emphasizing how remote monitoring can prevent medical emergencies and improve their overall health.

· Maintain sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality and care, following all guidelines and regulations.

· Ensure high-quality patient experience through compassionate interaction and effective communication.

· Work closely with clinic staff and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless enrollment and integration of the remote monitoring program.

· Troubleshoot any technical issues with the monitoring devices and assist patients with any queries or concerns.

· Document all patient interactions and feedback to continually improve the enrollment process and patient education materials.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a patient-facing role within healthcare settings.

· Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and proficiency in using technology.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.

· Ability to travel across Michigan to various clinics as required.

· Demonstrated compassion and a patient-first attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.

· Prior experience in health education, nursing, or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications:

· A degree or certification in healthcare, nursing, health education, or related field.

· Experience with remote patient monitoring systems and health technology is highly desirable.

· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel purposes.

· Speaking Arabic is a plus, catering to a diverse patient demographic.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:
