Summary:

Responsible for initial contact with high-end residential clients and multifamily site developers, prioritizing client desired scope of services, development of all necessary plans and documents to complete budgeting and construction of projects, execution of contracts for design and construction, construction administration during and after the project is completed to satisfy client expectations and the contracting for long term landscape maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initial client contact through on-site meeting to review the scope of services to be provided and obtain client specific goals for project.
• Estimating of necessary design fees specific to each project along with the obtaining approval of the design contract.
• Conceptual design and construction budgets based on project specific landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, drainage and audio plans.
• Follow up meetings with client to review conceptual design and construction budgets.
• Revisions to the conceptual plans and the production of all necessary construction details and documents for the contracting and installation of the project.
• Execution of the construction contract, processing of work orders and construction administration during installation process.
• Review of all completed construction work orders and approval of invoicing for submittal to clients.
• Guaranteeing client satisfaction by servicing them over the one-year warranty period.
• Production and execution of monthly maintenance contracts.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required).
• 2-5 years of landscape design.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• AutoCAD.
• Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Must have knowledge of Southwest Florida Plant Palette.

Licenses:

• Professional Landscape Architect (preferred but not required).
• Valid and clean driver's license.
