HNI is hiring experienced Crew Leaders for our landscape maintenance division.

Crew Leaders lead and organize a work crew of 3-5 employees to maintain the grounds of residential, industrial, commercial, or public property by performing the following duties:

• Arranges the destination, equipment and labor needed to fulfill daily work orders.
• Organizes, drives the truck and transports crew and equipment to work site.
• Cuts lawns.
• Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
• Sprays lawns, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides.
• Rakes and bags or burns leaves.
• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
• Waters lawns and shrubs.
• Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks.
• May run woodchippers and chainsaws.
• Clean and valid Florida Driver license required.
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole as plus.

Pay range is 40,000-50,000 annually.
