Hays is Hiring a Sales Manager (Computer Gaming) Near Miami, FL

Your new company

Our client is an International Distribution business within the gaming industry. For around 15 years, they have been able to partner with large global suppliers, publishers, and manufacturers to have the ability to provide their customers with extensive inventory at great prices. Their Miami office is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team!

Your new role

You will focus on developing the business across North America and growing revenue through your international product sales network, cold calling skills and lead conversions. This position is based on site in their Miami office.

What you will need to succeed

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B product sales, preferably within international markets
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience of managing and growing customer accounts from a standstill.
  • Experience of using ERP or CRM systems, and data analysis to increase customer profitability.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Willing to travel internationally to visit customers and tradeshows.

What you will get in return

In return, they offer a competitive salary with 10% commission on sales (after reaching a small sales threshold). With full training provided, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills. This full-time office role will also involve some national and international travel, all expenses paid.
