Scrum Master - Contract -Orlando, FL/ Hybrid - $75.00 - $85.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master in Orlando, FL/ Hybrid.
Role description
This role will be working across multiple Tech teams at DPEP leading scrum teams and ensuring that all sprints, meetings, demos, and ceremonies are being adhered to.
•Facilitates and supports all scrum events and ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
•Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our business partners.
•Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
•Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
•Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
•Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
•Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
•Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
•Challenges teams to understand the end-to-end significance of the work and the implications of the work across the program space.
•Comfortable creating and providing frequent and periodic reporting on performance of teams in a neutral and unbiased manner.
•Active partner that works with the team to troubleshoot process issues and provide alternatives when the team needs recommendations. responsibilities?
Skills & Requirements
•BA or equivalent experience
•4 years of experience working as a CSM (must know Agile ceremonies, refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques)
•Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
•SDLC
•Strong familiarity with Agile tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet etc.
•CSM working with multiple technical teams concurrently.
