As we grow, we're looking to infuse our team with the energy and expertise of a new Long Term Care Business Development Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Passion: Spearhead our expansion into long-term care facilities by leveraging your deep understanding of the sector and your previous pharmacy LTC experience.
  • Engage and Energize: Use your dynamic personality and tenacious sales approach to reach or exceed ambitious goals by growing the company and signing up new facilities.
  • Build and Foster Relationships: You’ll not just meet new faces; you'll create strong, lasting partnerships with key players in the industry, bring both parties tremendous value and ensuring they feel part of the Hayat family.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Work closely with a fantastic team from top to bottom to put together compelling proposals and presentations, and stand out at conferences and in the board room.
  • Drive Growth and Celebrate Success: Your efforts to bring in new business and help transition and onboard new clients will be recognized and celebrated as part of our team’s success and directly responsible for the growth of the company.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A standout salesperson with deep roots in the Long Term Care or Pharmacy community, especially within the assisted living industry.
  • Someone familiar with the greater Milwaukee area and ready to hit the ground running.
  • A go-getter with a magnetic personality who enjoys the thrill of closing the deal and is not afraid to pick up the phone and meet face to face.
  • Creative leader, who sees opportunities in partnerships of all sizes, and can push our sales and marketing programs forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on strategic approaches to increase our presence and influence within the long-term care market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and superior service delivery.
  • Proactively manage and track sales activities, reporting to leadership and ensuring all goals and metrics are met with enthusiasm.

  • $125,000-$225,000 starting base salary with bonuses/commissions!
