Position Title: Marketing Associate

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Position Purpose:

As a Marketing Associate at Hayat Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, possess graphic design skills, and be capable of providing general marketing support. This role will require occasional weekend work to support events and campaigns.

Hayat Pharmacy is an innovative and compassionate company providing a variety of pharmacy services in Wisconsin. The company operates robust community-based pharmacies that offer award-winning services such as medication packaging, medication management, and free prescription delivery. Hayat Pharmacy focuses on providing opportunities for customers to achieve high quality health outcomes through access, education, and in-home consultation, and in building and maintaining strong relationships with community medical providers and other external stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including video content.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.

Video Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and informative video content.
• Stay updated on video marketing trends and implement best practices.

General Marketing Support:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both virtual and in-person.
• Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure a seamless event experience.
• Attend events, including occasional weekends, to represent the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation and video production.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends for events as needed.
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
