We are currently seeking talented individuals for our Warehouse Person 1 position!
Here is some of what you’ll do..
POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop and coordinate equipment fleet and technical personnel for the power and load bank rental businesses. Work in conjunction with the HPS Loadbanks Team and Power Rental Manager to service our national and international customer base covering all of North America.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Handle the incoming calls from customers, maintaining good relations by personally handling all their requests for additional equipment, trucking, service calls, etc.Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts.Establish and maintain close working relationships with all levels of customers.Assist customers in selection and application of equipment.Ensure all business transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies.Develop and apply weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.Respond to customers outside of normal working hours.Coordinate and monitor transportation and logistics for rental equipment fleet.Support assigned customer accounts for sales of both new & used load banbks.Locate and maintain relationship with various customers and support vendors.Coordinate service and maintenance activities and personnel.Administer timecards and payroll for technical staff.Generate and monitor rental contracts and invoices.Maintain reports tracking various aspects of the rental businessParticipate in job walks, project coordination meetings and site visits in support of the overall sales and project delivery process.Work with CAT Dealership Network to offer Loadbank Rental solutions and offer training of the equipment supplied by Hawthorne.Work with vendors, Fabrication and Service Shops, and contractors in the scheduling of delivery, assembly, testing, and startup of supplied equipment as required by the specifications.Utilize company provided computers and programs to develop correspondence, worksheets, drawings, submittals, reports, and electronic transmittals in a timely and professional manner.Participate in the regularly scheduled engineering meeting in support of inter-departmental and inter-divisional activities as related to assigned projects within the Rental Department.Follow company policies and industry safety rules.Normal work hours are typically weekdays. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel) and PC skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must have the ability to communicate business and technical information to co-workers, customers and management using both verbal and written media.Must have a valid California Class C Drivers License.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Estimated Compensation $70,000 - $90,000 base pay plus commission
