Junior Level Field Service Engineer to be based in the western half of the U.S. We are currently looking for someone that has 2 years of FSE experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and support our client's line of products. These include Automated Laboratory Reactors, Calorimeters, and Laboratory Automation Software.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineer
• 2 years of related instrument servicing experience of Automated Lab Reactors, Bioreactor Systems, or Calorimetry Instrumentation
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical diagram form and deal with abstract variables
• Experience calling on R&D laboratories within the Biotech, Pharma, and Food and Beverage industries
• Troubleshooting experience, ability to work at the component level, and read a schematic
• Proven track record of working independently
• 60% overnight travel
• Local to a major airport in either Houston, San Diego, or San Francisco

Estimated Total Compensation based on experience: $90,000 - $115,000 plus excellent benefits
