As the marketing/outreach coordinator, you will embody this motto in your communication to our current patients, your efforts to bring in future patients, your work with referring dental office, and your participation in community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a 12-month marketing calendar.
• Engage in-office with patients, families and staff to capture photos, videos and other content to showcase office environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling digital content, including graphics, videos and social posts.
• Coordinate outreach events and community partnerships with other local businesses, non-profits, and schools.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance and growth.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other media platforms, with daily platform engagement.
• Utilize Canva and Adobe products to create marketing materials.
• Create reels and other videos, utilizing video editing techniques.
• Mange both in-office and digital patient contests.
• Communicating with referring dental offices, including both digital and in-person touch points.
• Learning the business of orthodontics, orthodontic/dental terminology, and the basics of orthodontic treatment.
• Planning team bonding events and staff appreciation.
• Communicating with patients, learning the practice management software, and answering phones.
• Decorating office for Holidays.

Required Skills:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management
• Self-motivated and deadline oriented
• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe products
• Understanding of social media and how it benefits businesses
• Basics of capturing images and videos and editing according to each platform
• Video editing basics for social media and YouTube
• Able to compile reports and illustrate campaign success
• Outgoing and willing to engage other professionals and potential clients, and be in social media posts/videos

This position is in-person, with office hours Monday-Thursday 7:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Additional time outside of these hours will be required for marketing and community events, as well as social media related responsibilities.
