Financial/Insurance Coordinator – Hawley Orthodontics

Hawley Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated, fun-loving Financial/Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an outgoing, positive, customer service-oriented individual to join our team. We are a growing, vibrant orthodontic practice and believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless financial transactions and excellent patient experiences. Practice hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties:

· Discussing financial arrangements with patients, including payment plans and financing options.

· Verifying and explaining insurance coverage to patients.

· Working closely with insurance companies to verify benefits and process payments.

· Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and patient accounts.

· Communicating effectively with patients regarding financial responsibilities and options.

· Following up on delinquent accounts and coordinating payment arrangements.

· Answering phones and making patient appointments.

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience working with insurance companies and understanding of insurance policies.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
