About the Job:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Remodelers to become valuable members of our team. As a reputable remodeling and repair company, we're thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to join us. The position offers competitive pay, ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, depending on your ability. Your responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

Running your own jobsite with a helper.
Creating comprehensive material lists.
Directing the helper when you're not onsite.
Demonstrating excellent troubleshooting and improvisation skills.
Being able to take directions.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience, capable of handling various skilled labor tasks. These tasks include installing doors, windows, drywall, texture, painting, preparing shower pans for tiles, tiling floors, walls, and showers, installing click and hardwood flooring, leveling floors, and performing plumbing, electrical, and light HVAC work.
You must have your own power tools and hand tools and be able to transport 4x8 sheets. We provide specialty tools such as tile saws, extension ladders, and large tools.
Safety is our top priority, and we expect candidates to adhere strictly to safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for themselves and their colleagues. All candidates must pass a drug test before employment.
Punctuality, consistency, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities we value in our temporary laborers. Our projects have strict deadlines, requiring individuals who can deliver results within given timeframes.
Considering the physical demands of construction work, candidates should possess the necessary physical strength, agility, and stamina for tasks like heavy lifting, operating machinery, and working in varying weather conditions.
