Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers, providing guidance and direction
- Plan and organize daily work schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
- Assign tasks to crew members and ensure that they have the necessary resources to complete their work
- Monitor work progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments or contractors as needed to facilitate project completion
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by crew members

Requirements:
- Proven experience in general construction and finished carpentry, 5 years
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment as required for the job
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
