Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This position requires excellent driving skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other drivers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules in a timely manner
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transportation

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in limousine, school bus driving, paratransit, or delivery driver roles is preferred
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
