Position: Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their optimal functioning
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in scheduled maintenance projects and renovations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
