We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant / Receptionist. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages appointments, events, and daily office

• tasks.

• Provides support to the Chairman and handles guest and client services.

• Liaises with other team members.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Type: Full-time, in-office

  • Target work week: 40 hours a week between 9AM to 5PM EST

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant

  • Experience in a luxury retail/service environment is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Self-starter, organized, efficient, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: polished verbal ability, outgoing personality, and excels in guest service

  • Proficient in computer skills and a team player

  • Professional and polished appearance at all times
