Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day ecommerce operations of platforms such as Shopify and Etsy accounts.
• Help maintain all operations of online orders (order fulfilling, processing of refunds, handling discrepancies, effective customer service emails, etc.)
• Help maintain and replenish inventory for bulk bi-weekly shipments.
• Main duties involve carding merchandise (Earrings, Pendants, and Necklaces) efficiently and accurately to be packaged and sold. Therefore, must have patience and dexterity.
• Interact and work closely with in-person e-commerce office team.
• Ensure all e-commerce platform is up-to-date with product inventory quantities.
• Collaborate with our team to foster innovative marketing strategies to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
• May be asked to complete additional duties and work extra hours during busy seasons

Qualifications:

• Any fields of study are welcomed.
• 1-2 years’ experience in E-commerce/retail is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail is critical. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to analyze information and tasks with great precision to ensure accuracy.
• Knowledge of photo editing and product listing page creation is a bonus.
• Demonstrates interest in social media platforms to drive audience engagement and company growth.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• An ideal candidate possess a positive, can-do attitude that looks for solutions to problems and takes initiative when needed. They are self-sufficient, responsible, and independent.

Expected hours: 15 – 19 per week
