Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company is looking for a Site Security Manager for the Pearl Harbor Dry Dock Replacement project. The Site Security Manager will oversee the development and implementation of the Site Security Plan for all Project areas.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for overall site security installation and maintenance

• Responsible for security compliance, including tracking screening and onboarding of all site employees, maintaining records of background checks.

• Identify any potential risks or inconsistencies with processes for daily material delivery activities.

• Establish protocols for logistics, checkpoints and security threats for material delivery.

• Oversee maintenance and compliance of all physical security features such as fencing, lighting, CCTV and checkpoints.

• Document and report all inspections, breaches or threats.

Knowledge & Skills Used:

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to travel throughout the project site to conduct inspections

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Problem solving skills and ability to manage events, emergencies and critical situations

• Proficient in MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook

• Knowledgeable of standard security systems.

Required:

• High School Diploma

• 5 years relatable security experience in a Management position overseeing a project program.

• Able to obtain base pass through DBIDS

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Law Enforcement, Business Management or a related field preferred.

• Experience on military bases/projects.
