You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:

  • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable. 
  • Work with the Area Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
  • Conduct and participate in weekly L10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
  • Own all aspects of new leasing and renewals; this includes marketing, communication with future and current residents, promotional events, social media postings, etc.
  • Review monthly financial statements with the Area Manager to identify areas of opportunities and weaknesses.

  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

  • Set and achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a 95% or greater occupancy end goal.
  • Eventually obtain and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater.
  • Meet the property’s budgeted NOI.
