Title of Position: JOB COACH - CTE Bilingual 
Haverhill High School
FULL-TIME POSITION
Work Year: Ten (10) Months
Effective Date of Employment: 2023-2024 School Year
Salary: $35,000.00 annually
Organizational Relationship or Line of Authority: Directly responsible to the CTE Supervisor 
Statement of Duties:
  • Assists with the facilitation of the 9-12 CTE Healthcare and Biomed curriculum as outlined in the DESE Curriculum Standards that encourage students to explore and progress in 21st-century skills.
  • Assist CTE teachers with Healthcare and Biomed Lab Skills and First/Aid CPR.
  • Assists in implementing the treatment plans for various students in order to create a successful learning experience.
  • Responsible for addressing student behavior and encouraging effort in the classroom.
  • Work as a member of a team with other staff members.
  • Responsible for other general duties as indicated by the teacher, principal, supervisors/directors, directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee, and policies of the Haverhill School Committee.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: English-Spanish
  • Holds a CAN or LPN Certification and has a minimum of one year of work experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Prefer prior experience with children in a school or similar setting.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
