The Executive Director is the designated leader of operations of the facility and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The Executive Director is responsible for managing and directing the forecasting, planning, organization, staffing, quality control, innovation, marketing and oversight of the clinical care of all facility operations. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring that the quality of care provided to residents of the facility meets the goals and requirements of the Company, residents, family members, employees and Company policy and procedure as well as state and federal requirements.
> Active, Non-Probationary Administrator License
> Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Acceptable Experience
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
