Assist with processing CDS applications. Provide monthly case management services to our Consumers. Provide education on independent living skills for individuals and system advocacy.

Perform data entry and electronic filing for the CDS Consumers and Attendants. Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications : Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently. Proficient in computer skills and technology.
