Job Summary
The Virtual Care Coordinator at CoxHealth Medical Group is responsible for providing central support and coordination for the seamless implementation and execution of virtual care services. This individual will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams to ensure the efficient functioning of virtual care programs, contributing to the overall success of CoxHealth Medical Group's ambulatory virtual care initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree OR 8 years' experience in healthcare, business administration, project management, communication, telemedicine, or a related field.
Experience
Required: 2 years’ experience in healthcare coordination or administration, with a focus on virtual care preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with virtual care platforms and telehealth regulations.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
