We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with expertise in landing page design to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer at Haven Health Management, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing creative assets for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media, with a special focus on designing engaging landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, digital ads, and landing pages.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, with a strong emphasis on optimizing landing page designs for conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, ensuring that landing pages align with overall marketing strategies.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials and the technical execution of landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques, especially in landing page optimization and user experience, into your work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing landing page projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting, with a strong focus on landing page design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software such as Unbounce, Figma, and Adobe XD for creating and optimizing landing pages.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including landing pages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing teams to achieve landing page objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Photography and photo editing skills a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
