In this role, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a dynamic retail environment, serving as a key player in delivering high-quality customer service.

Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll actively engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any service issues with compassion and care.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing differentiated customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving service issues promptly.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting them in locating additional items as needed.
• Accurately performing cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and managing inventory tasks as directed.
• Assisting with opening and closing store activities as required.
• Supporting all departments, including photo and beauty, by ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Promoting and advocating for new services and loyalty programs aimed at improving customer health.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements include remaining upright for extended periods, lifting objects up to 35 lbs occasionally, and having close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and visual inspection.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is desirable.

Education :

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay Range :

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. Theactual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education,and geography.
