Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Accurately pull orders based on pick tickets to prepare for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Use industrial power equipment to build orders according to assigned load tickets.
- Manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring accuracy of date codes and proper rotation.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
- Stage completed pallets in designated area.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of general work experience.
- Preferred experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Prior warehouse experience is desirable.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. and carry, position, and move product above shoulder height without assistance.
- Comfortable with consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
- Capable of pushing and pulling manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
- Proficient in grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Able to read information in small, medium, and large print.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
