Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, possess excellent supervisory skills, and be knowledgeable in mechanical maintenance extending across pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, electricity, and other industrial-related maintenance aspects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues and make repairs
- Manage the facility's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
- Proven knowledge in Fabrication, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, 3-phase electricity, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
