Are you good a repairs, and troubleshooting? Essential Personnel is filling a Maintenance Mechanic position at a company in Hastings.
Preferred candidates will have at least a year of maintenance work in a warehouse setting. An ideal candidate should be a quick learner, able to diagnose and fix issues with equipment, and have a great attendance record.
Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic :
Able to work independently
Superior attendance record
Able to troubleshoot
Experienced with hand tools, and can diagnose issues, or potential issues.
Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic :
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
Must communicate with supervisors, and machine operators, so that problems can be identified, and fixed promptly
Installation of new parts
Understands and can repair electrical malfunctions
Building mainteance as needed
Health, Vision, Dental insurance
Short / Long term disability
