Position Overview
The operator technician position will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, including the centrifuges, dryers, RTO, DDGS receiving system, and grain handling equipment. The operator technician will provide support to all plant departments as needed during each shift with a primary focus on plant operations.
This position will manage specialized work efficiently with confidence and competence. If you are a task oriented individual with a conservative, careful, and cautious approach to your work, please consider applying.
Work schedule will vary depending on the shift assigned which will include 12 hour shifts. Must have the flexibility to work as needed which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Employees can advance to a higher operator level based on completing company training programs.
