Logistics & Work Environment:
This full-time position at our Pee Dee (Florence) Branch operates primarily in an office setting within the branch, as well as being in the community. This position may require traveling during the day and responding to organizational needs outside of normal working hours.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm , totaling 37.5 hours per week.
A Day in the Life:
The Major Gifts Manager is responsible for managing a major gift portfolio to retain and grow donor relationships. Key duties include personal meetings, tours, engagement events, and other cultivation methods. This role focuses on increasing donors' knowledge, involvement, and financial support. The Manager will work towards annual revenue targets through an assigned donor portfolio, including unrestricted, restricted, and capital projects, and will promote planned giving opportunities.
