Description
The Enterprise Security Lead is responsible for safeguarding the organization's digital assets, implementing robust security protocols, and promptly addressing security incidents.

If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of a robust security program, including successful annual completion of an industry standard audit, such as SOC 2
- Collaborate with internal security personnel to develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise security strategy
- Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and incident response playbooks
- Lead the response and investigation for any security incident
- Oversee physical security measures and protocols in a global, multi-office organization
- Identify and assess vulnerabilities in the current network and systems
- Monitor enterprise systems and network usage to ensure compliance with security policies
- Keep up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats
- Work with third-party vendors to perform penetration tests and remediate identified flaws
- Assist with ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on enterprise security strategy
- Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures
- In-depth knowledge of security hardware, software, and network architectures
- Experience in developing and documenting security processes and protocols
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
Preferred
- Experience with cloud security and software such as Azure Active Directory (Azure Entra ID)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security
- Experience in leading or assisting in an industry standard information security program including an audit, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
