Responsibilities:
- Work with customers, end users, and the development team to make sure the product meets user needs and aligns with the product strategy
- Define specific product features and break them into user stories
- Writes user stories and ensure each story has the correct acceptance criteria
- Gather, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer for the development team
- Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback
- Update FRDs, user guides, and other product documentation
- Lead customer engagements: business process analyses, demo/config. workshops, re-occurring support mtgs.
- Document customers' needs (gaps specs./BRs)
- Track progress towards the release of a product
- Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Perform user acceptance testing of new features and functions.
- Flexible to work within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid development model
- Engage with customers at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements and make recommendations on the solution.
- Immerse in new business areas to gain domain expertise with proactive research and fast learning.
- Evangelize the value of the products to our customers, grow adoption and utilization.
