Leave replacement: Instrumental Music (Band), Full Time. This leave replacement position has two assignments. From the beginning of the year through December, the position includes 80% full time at Hartford High School and 20% full time at White River Elementary School. Responsibilities include: conducting the high school band in preparation for a Winter Concert performance, coaching high school small group lessons, and teaching beginning elementary band and lessons to 5th grade students.
From January through March, the leave replacement position would switch responsibilities to 100% full time at Hartford Memorial Middle School to teach 6th grade band, 7th and 8th grade combined band, and coaching small group lessons. Brass, woodwind, and percussion experience is preferred.
