We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Roofing and Storm Restoration Territory Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for face-to-face sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Generate leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess damage and provide accurate estimates
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion

Requirements:

• Former insurance adjuster experience is a plus
• Experience in sales or related field
• Knowledge of roofing and storm restoration industry is preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
