Duties:
- Serve food & beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments through the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Upsell additional drinks and menu items to increase sales
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server/bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using cash registers and performing basic math calculations
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality
