The Marketing Data Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution and support of circulation processes within the Customer Marketing division. This position will be accountable for the timely execution of data processing to meet the mailing dates for each direct mail campaign and will be expected to fully manage projects/areas of expertise. In addition to working with direct mail data and managing project timelines, this position is responsible for coordinating all appropriate data requirements with internal departments and third-party vendors. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a Behavior Science field preferred.
• 1-3 experience with business intelligence query tools such as SAS, especially SAS Enterprise Guide, is required.
• 1-3 years’ experience working with Snowflake data platform is preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in database marketing, direct mail, marketing analytics, programming, database administration, or application support is preferred.
• Experience in database administration, data hygiene, and data management fields is preferred.
• Experience working with a multi-channel, multi-brand direct mail company a plus
• Must have intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
